I am not receiving the Premium Newsletter

This could be for a number of reasons, check these things in order:

  1. Please check that you have confirmed your subscription. You will receive an email confirming your newsletter subscription which you must acknowledge.

  2. Check your SPAM folder. Our emails should not end up there, but just in case!  Also we have found that the following email services are unreliable.

  3. You may have typed your email address incorrectly during registration, if so you may need to contact us if you are not logged in.  You will need to provide proof of purchase as verification (a valid paypal or stripe receipt) which you will receive separately from these providers. IMPORTANT If you do not provide this information we will not respond to your support request.

  4. Please avoid using these services to receive our products as we may not be able to communicate with you.
