The site has self-service account management features, so you can now upgrade and downgrade (and even cancel your membership) yourself. This is done through the My Account section.
Every premium membership subscription is automatically re-billed when it comes up for renewal. If your card does not have sufficient funds or your card is declined for any reason your membership will expire.
If your credit card expires you should add your new card details before your membership expires.
You can review the current status of your membership by viewing your Active Subscription in the My Account section of the website.
