I have paid for premium but I cannot see the content

You must login after purchasing a membership to view premium content on jessicaadams.com. You can do this on the home page, or look for the login button at the top of the website page. You can also click Members’ Lounge to login.

If you are logged in, then check that you are paid up.  Visit the Members’ Lounge and check your Membership Status it should show FREE and PREMIUM.  If your Membership Status doesn’t show this, then it is likely your subscription is not current and you may need to purchase again to renew your membership.

If you believe that your membership is current (and you can demonstrate this with a current purchase receipt from Paypal or Stripe), then please contact us, using the support details sent to you when you first registered for the website.
